Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy comes in many forms: red light therapy beds, targeted lasers, home devices and wearables, and whole-body red light panels.
Each will utilize a different wavelengths to penetrate the body at different depths. Not all devices are made equal in strength and therapeutic output though. The specific wavelengths and irradiance (measured by mW/cm2) is what determines the therapeutic benefits.

We have chosen the strongest professional red light panels available to provide the broadest range of benefits to the whole body, with an incredible range of 220-280 mW/cm2.

Whole-body red light therapy is used for a variety of health conditions and performance goals, including:

Pain Relief & Inflammation Reduction
Chronic pain (back pain, neck pain, joint pain)
Arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)
Muscle soreness & stiffness
Fibromyalgia
Tendonitis & bursitis
