Red light therapy comes in many forms: red light therapy beds, targeted lasers, home devices and wearables, and whole-body red light panels.
Each will utilize a different wavelengths to penetrate the body at different depths. Not all devices are made equal in strength and therapeutic output though. The specific wavelengths and irradiance (measured by mW/cm2) is what determines the therapeutic benefits.
