Mindful Kids
After School Program (ages 5-11)

Two 90min sessions per week Tues / Thurs 4pm-5:30pm
10 wk course $400 / or $25 per session
This program is designed for: Emotional & Sensory Regulation, Anxiety & Fear Reduction, Focus, Social Interactions, Self-esteem, Confidence, Empathy & Impulse Control
During the 10 week course, Danna imparts a multitude of age-appropriate strategies to help children achieve a state of calm while focusing the mind.
Helping kids learn to regulate their nervous and sensory systems while having fun with imagination and creativity is Danna's passion. As a Mindful Educator with over 12 years of experience in contemplative meditation and Occupational Therapy, she is well suited to guide other in learning these valuable life skills.

● Breathwork: Begin by grounding yourself with intentional breathwork, calming your mind and preparing your heart for the transformative work ahead. This practice helps you connect to your inner wisdom, setting the tone for deep release.
● Gentle Movement: Engage in gentle, flowing movements that invite you to release physical and emotional tension, allowing your body to let go of what no longer serves you as you prepare to welcome the new season.
● Cacao Ritual: Savor the warm, heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine that encourages emotional release and spiritual clarity. As you sip, connect with the energies of the Full Moon which support letting go and creating space for renewal.
● Journaling: With your heart open and your body relaxed, engage in guided journaling to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what intentions you wish to set for the season ahead. Autumn is a time of balance and transition, is the perfect moment to honor your journey and plant seeds for your future.
● Rest and Receive with Sound Bath: Conclude the ceremony with restorative stillness with a crystal sound bath, allowing your body and mind to integrate the experience fully. This restful practice is an opportunity to let go of any lingering resistance, making space
for the new beginnings that the Full Moon brings.
