OxyGym (Oxygen Therapy)

Our OxyGym is based on Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT).  EWOT floods your body with oxygen while you move, supercharging energy, circulation, and recovery in just 10-20 minutes—making it the most efficient form of oxygen therapy!

Unlike hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which passively delivers oxygen in a pressurized setting, EWOT uses movement to drive oxygen deeper into your tissues, making it faster, more effective, and perfect for peak performance and vitality! Plus, you burn 30% more calories!

Our OxyGym enhances EWOT further by layering in additional wellness treatments, like Magnetic Therapy and Red Light Therapy while you exercise.

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) is used for a variety of health conditions and performance goals, including:

Energy & Performance Boost
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
Low energy & burnout
Athletic endurance & recovery

Cardiovascular & Circulatory Health
Poor circulation & blood oxygenation
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Heart disease & cardiovascular conditions
Peripheral artery disease

Respiratory Conditions
Asthma
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Long COVID & post-viral fatigue
Bronchitis & other lung disorders

Anti-Aging & Longevity
Cellular oxygenation & mitochondrial function
Reduced oxidative stress
Improved cognitive function & brain health

Inflammation & Recovery
Chronic inflammation & immune support
Post-surgical recovery
Joint pain & arthritis relief

Metabolism & Weight Management
Boosts metabolism & fat burning
Supports blood sugar balance (Diabetes)

We have 4 exercise options for our OxyGym: Sonix whole body vibration (for passive exercise), Ergatta Rower (for whole body exercise), a stationery bike and AssaultRunner treadmill (ideal for HIIT workouts and optimal oxygen intake).

There are also 3 approaches to oxygenating at the Health House to suit varying needs:

Quick boost

A 10-min quickie on our Sonix Whole Body Vibration platform. Just stand and receive oxygen therapy while the Sonix does the exercise for you. PEMF is delivered through your feet while your body vibrates at a variety of frequencies to work out different muscle groups. You'll also be exposed to full-body red light therapy to create an all-in-one SuperHuman experience. This is a great option when time is limited and you need a quick pick-me-up.

Optimal Oxygen

Go at your own pace for 20 min to get the most out of your oxygen session. You'll be in your own private room, with a choice of Sonix, bike, rower, or treadmill  to power through as much oxygen as you can. Use this option for improving fitness and optimizing health. This is our recommended option as both a stand-alone service, and as part of the SuperHuman Protocol.

Recovery

Lay back for a full-body application of PEMF on a magnetic bed while receiving Oxygen therapy and full-body Red Light therapy simultaneously. This is not the optimal approach to oxygen therapy, as it lacks the exercise component, but is ideal for when you cannot exercise, nor stand for extended periods. You simply recline for 20 min, while the bed works its magic on you and your cells, the lights targets areas of inflammation and you breathe passively from a mask.
