What is Holistic Nutrition
Holistic Nutrition takes into account all areas of a person's wellness. It nourishes the entire body to bring about lasting change. Holistic nutrition involves creating nutrition plans that suit your needs and goals, making a plan for being active, and also looking at the root of why and how you can achieve those goals. We will look at having a healthy relationship with food, emotional eating, as well as digging into some of those deeper areas of self-care, including daily reflections and affirmations. Eat well, think well, feel well, and heal from the inside out.
Joyce is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist, and a Personal Trainer. She believes in looking at yourself as a whole being who needs to be cared for emotionally, physically, and nutritionally.
Her vision is to be a beacon of hope, support, and enthusiasm and a help to those wanting to make changes in their lives naturally. She is here to assist others in creating plans that fit individual needs and desires and to help others live fully. She offers a free 20 minute consultation and 6 week Holistic Nutrition Wellness Program.
