REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is an alternative therapy aimed at strengthening the body and soul's natural healing abilities by bringing them to a relaxed state of balance, principally through the feet.

Meet Rob

Rob is a reflexology practitioner with a clinical background in patient care and education. He served as a Clinical Liaison at Mount Sinai, coordinating care and supporting patients and families through complex medical decisions. He has also worked within major New York City hospital systems including NewYork-Presbyterian/Cornell, NYU, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Columbia. Prior to this, he worked as a hospice specialist and educator, with a focus on end-of-life care and communication.

He also worked as a clinical educator in fall prevention, with additional training in the vestibular system and balance. His work centered on helping individuals maintain stability, reduce risk, and support functional independence over time. In addition, he trained as a yoga teacher at the Himalayan Institute, informing his understanding of breath, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

His reflexology sessions are structured, focused, and informed by this combined clinical and somatic background. The work emphasizes observation, consistency, and a measured approach to supporting the body’s natural regulatory processes. Sessions are adapted to the individual, with attention to comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
